Adoption Horizons Inc. is an Intercountry child placement agency, licensed by the Province of Ontario, Ministry of Children and Youth Services under the Intercountry Adoption Act of Ontario to facilitate adoptions from the Russian Federation.
Adoption Horizons, lnc. is a non-profit organization, originally established and created in 1995 by adoptive parents seeking to assist other prospective adoptive parents in the international adoption process. The Agency has considerable adoption experience, working with 55 to 60 families every year. As of July 2010, Adoption Horizons has facilitated the placement of more than 650 children from Russia, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan with Canadian families. Announcement Adoption Horizons would like to thank everyone who came out to our Annual Picnic on June 26, despite the troublesome weather conditions. Even the heavy rain couldn't stop the traditional picnic from happening, and we hope that all the families had a great time.
